Can an AI answer my business email?
Ira drafts answers for the mail it understands, such as scheduling, invoices, and routine questions, and hands you the ones that need a decision. You read every reply and send it yourself.
Will Ira send email without me?
No. Ira drafts only. You send each reply from your own email.
Which inbox does Ira read?
Not yet: connecting an inbox is coming. Until then, paste the messages into your conversation with Ira, or attach them as a file, and Ira works from those.
How does Ira decide what needs me?
Money, contracts, complaints, and anything from a customer it does not recognize go to you. Everything else it tries to draft, and it says why when it is unsure.
Can Ira handle customer support?
It can take the first pass on the messages you give it: draft answers to the common questions and pick out the ones a person should handle.
