These terms govern your use of this website and the Lenn waitlist, provided by Lenn ("we", "us"). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Use of the Lenn application, once available, will be governed by separate terms of service.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist lets us contact you about Lenn. It does not create an account, reserve a price or guarantee access, and it does not obligate either of us to enter into any further agreement. We may offer access in stages, decide who is invited and when, and end the waitlist at any time. You must provide your own email address and be at least 18 years old.
Information on the site
The site describes a product that is not yet generally available. Features, integrations, plans, pricing and timing may change before or after launch, and nothing on the site is an offer or a commitment to provide any of them. Examples, names, companies and figures shown on the site are illustrative.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit anyone else's email address without their permission;
- use bots, scripts or other automated means to access the site or join the waitlist, or try to get around our security measures;
- interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems that run it;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the Lenn name and its design, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the site and link to it, and quote brief passages with attribution. Any other use requires our written permission.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THE WAITLIST. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THEM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes and termination
We may change these terms at any time by posting a new version here with a new date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or end access to the site or the waitlist at any time, for any reason.
General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the site and the waitlist, and you may not assign them without our consent.
