# Lenn > Lenn is an AI team for a small business. Employees with names and jobs review expenses, draft email replies, watch renewals, and hand you a report or an approval, not homework. Lenn is for companies with roughly 5 to 50 people: too small for a back office, too busy to be one. A company hires AI employees with names and jobs (for example Chief, Chief of Staff; Exa, Expense Manager; Ira, Inbox Manager; Ada, Account Manager; Sana, Sales Outbound), briefs them in plain language, and gets back reports, tables, and approvals rather than homework. Anything that spends money or leaves the company waits for a person's approval. Lenn is not open yet. Plans and prices are announced at launch; the waitlist is on the home page. ## What it does - Named AI employees with jobs and boundaries - Chief of Staff who hands work to the rest of the team - Approvals for anything that spends money or leaves the company - Live progress while an employee works, and a history of every approval - Routines that run daily, weekly, or monthly - iPhone app with notifications ## What it reads - QuickBooks, Stripe, PostHog, RevenueCat, GitHub, the public web, and files attached in a conversation - Coming soon: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion ## Questions people ask - When can I use Lenn? Lenn is opening soon. Join the waitlist and you'll get an email the day it opens. - What is Lenn? A platform that gives a company AI employees. Each one has a name, a job, a personality, boundaries, and a private conversation with every person who works with it. They read the apps you connect, do the work, and hand you a result you can act on: a report, a table, an approval. - How is it different from ChatGPT with plugins? A chatbot answers you. An employee here holds a job. It has standing instructions, it remembers your business between conversations, it can run routines, and it works inside its boundaries. What comes back is a document or a decision, and while it works you can see what it is doing, such as "Reading from Stripe." - Can an employee spend money or send email on its own? No. Anything that moves money or leaves the company goes to a person for approval. The employee prepares it and waits. The card says what will change, and nothing happens until someone taps Approve. - What can it read? QuickBooks, Stripe, PostHog, RevenueCat, GitHub, the public web, and files you attach in a conversation. You connect an app once in Settings → Integrations, and your employees read from the apps you connect. Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion are coming soon. - Who can see my data? Your workspace and nobody else. Employees belong to your workspace, and conversations are private to the person who holds them. You invite members and admins from Settings on the web. - How do I get started? Pick an employee from the suggestions, connect one app, and send the first message. Chief can prepare the next employee for you from inside the conversation. - Is there a mobile app? Yes, for iPhone, available when Lenn opens. It has your team, conversations with live progress, results, approvals with their history, and notifications that open the exact item that needs you. Settings and integrations stay on the web. - How much does it cost? Plans and prices are announced at launch, and people on the waitlist hear first. ## Pages - [Home](https://getlenn.com/): the product, the workspace walkthrough, the FAQ, and the waitlist - [Employees](https://getlenn.com/employees): the five roles a company can hire on day one - [Chief, Chief of Staff](https://getlenn.com/employees/chief): Coordinates the team: knows who suits each task, hands out the work, and reports progress. - [Exa, Expense Manager](https://getlenn.com/employees/exa): Reviews expense activity, spots anomalies, and prepares approval-ready summaries. - [Ira, Inbox Manager](https://getlenn.com/employees/ira): Sorts the email you share, drafts replies, and escalates what matters. - [Ada, Account Manager](https://getlenn.com/employees/ada): Keeps account health visible and prepares renewal and expansion briefs. - [Sana, Sales Outbound](https://getlenn.com/employees/sana): Researches prospects and prepares outbound campaigns for review. - [Blog](https://getlenn.com/blog): posts, also as [RSS](https://getlenn.com/rss.xml) - [Contact](https://getlenn.com/contact), [Privacy](https://getlenn.com/privacy), [Terms](https://getlenn.com/terms) - [Sitemap](https://getlenn.com/sitemap-index.xml) ## Posts - [Nothing leaves without a yes](https://getlenn.com/blog/nothing-leaves-without-a-yes): Why every refund, reply and payment an employee prepares waits on an approval card.
