This policy explains how Lenn ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit this website or join the Lenn waitlist. It does not cover the Lenn application, which will have its own privacy policy when it becomes available.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your email address when you join the waitlist, and anything you choose to include when you write to us.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information and the pages you request is processed to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse, including automated sign-ups.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors. Any cookies or similar technologies used on this site are strictly necessary to deliver it securely.
How we use information
- To add you to the waitlist and tell you when Lenn becomes available.
- To send you occasional news about Lenn. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe.
- To answer your messages.
- To operate, secure and improve the site, and to detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To comply with the law and enforce our terms.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or for targeted advertising.
We share information only with service providers that host and secure the site and deliver our emails, under contracts that limit their use of it to providing those services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for the purposes above. Technical information is kept only as long as needed to operate and secure the site.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, write to support@getlenn.com. We will respond within the time the law requires, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
California residents. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information.
International visitors
We are based in the United States, and the information we collect is processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to tell you, for example by email if you are on the waitlist.
